Policy:

MRG's has a vital interest in maintaining a safe, healthy and efficient working environment for all its employees. Drug and alcohol abuse are regarded as serious social and economic problems. Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol present safety and health risks to themselves and their fellow employees and have a detrimental effect upon high standards of performance and conduct. This policy is in effect for all MRG's Corporation employees.

Procedure:

Use, possession, sale, purchase or transfer of illegal drugs by employees or contractors while on the job or while on MRG's Corporation property is prohibited and is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

In addition to the above prohibitions, any employee convicted under a criminal drug statute must inform MRG's Corporation of such conviction within five (5) days of the date of conviction.
