Policy:

MRG's Corporation is always looking for qualified employees and appreciates and encourages recommendations made by existing employees. We may pay a higher bonus at times.

Procedure:

A.    If you recommend someone who is hired on a full-time, salaried basis and who is still employed by the Company after 30 days of employment, you are eligible to be paid a referral bonus.

B.    This program is subject to change, without prior notice, from time to time depending on existing market conditions.

C.    The current referral fee for a full-time salaried employee is $1000.
